Biography

Nicole Masri-Kadoch is a partner at Ford, Dean & Rotundo, P.A., based in North Miami Beach, Florida. Ms. Masri focuses her practice on representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death. Driven by her commitment to promote justice and advocate for victims of abuse and neglect, Ms. Masri has built a distinguished legal career specializing in holding nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other care providers accountable.

Before joining Ford, Dean & Rotundo, P.A., she served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. In this role, she prosecuted thousands of criminal cases from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Ms. Masri also led investigations for the State’s Police Accountability and Integrity Unit and gained extensive courtroom experience prosecuting domestic violence offenses.

Since joining Ford, Dean & Rotundo, P.A., Ms. Masri has continued her mission of seeking justice for victims and their families. She has established herself as a compassionate and fierce advocate in nursing home abuse litigation, securing significant verdicts and settlements for her clients. Most notably, in December 2022, Ms. Masri obtained an $11,050,000 jury verdict in a nursing home abuse case.
