Giving A Voice To Vulnerable Elders

At Ford, Dean & Rotundo, P.A., we're committed to protecting the rights and well-being of elders. Unfortunately, far too often, vulnerable seniors in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and care facilities become targets of abuse, neglect and mistreatment. Sometimes this abuse occurs at the hands of other residents. Many times, though, the perpetrators are the very staff members who are supposed to care for them.

Our attorneys understand how devastating it is to find out that your loved one has been victimized. We'll help you take action to hold the responsible parties accountable. We'll also fight to help ensure that such abuse doesn't happen again.

Who We Are

Based in Aventura, we represent elders and their families across Miami and Florida. Our 40-plus years as a law firm have established a tradition of excellence and reputation for results.

When you're dealing with the nightmare of elder abuse involving a nursing home, assisted living facility or home health care agency, you can rely on our lawyers as compassionate and dedicated legal allies. We also handle cases involving abuse of developmentally disabled adults in group homes.
